Da hike for central government employees from 1st january 2024 for 7th cpc, 6th cpc and 5th cpc pay scales are known to us after the declaration of aicpin of period july’23 to december’23. The hike in dearness allowance (da) will help central government workers, pensioners, and family pensioners who receive central government pensions.
The announcement regarding the next installment of da hike is expected to be made in january 2024, with hopes that it will surpass the 50 percent threshold. A substantial rise of 50% in da (dearness allowance) is expected to commence from january 2024 for employees and retirees of the central government.
With This Increase 4 Percent Hike, The Dearness Allowance Will Be Increased From 42 Percent To 46 Percent.
The hike in dearness allowance (da) will help central government workers, pensioners, and family pensioners who receive central government pensions.

The union cabinet has approved a 4% da hike for central government employees.
